For high school interns in winter season:

We contact Trade and Profession Highschools and demand students for the sections where interns are needed. We make interviews with students sent from schools where internship is necessary. During these interviews, students that achieve a certain average in Attention Test, are later invited again and their internship period is determined.

For college interns in summer season:

Applications that were shared with us during 'Career Days' organized in universities, and those received through [email protected] e-mail address are being taken into consideration. Applications for internship during summer season, are being accepted until April 15th.

Criterions for rating college intern candidates:

• Votes no less than grade C
• Number of compulsory internship days
• Whether their Social Security registration has been made by university or not
• Impressions during interview
