The procedure to choose and hire drivers, is being conducted according to criterions determined for quality standards.
Compulsory requirements:
• Driver's License for at least 5 years in class E+D or D,
• At least 5 years of work experience for heavy vehicles
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a company
• Presenting valid reference from previous workplace
• Having obtained the SRC and Psychotechnic documents
• No criminal record
• No visible health problem that could prevent from accomplishing the job
